Kris Inchcombe - Managing Director

With more than 30 years in the financial services industry, Kris brings value through experience driven relationships.  Kris' background and experience ranges from capital markets to REO acquisition and management.  As a cofounder of Polaris Capital Advisors, Kris acquired more than 11,000 SFR assets for private equity clients and subsequently managed more than 6,000 properties as Chief Procurement Officer for 24 Asset Management.  Kris holds a BS in International Finance from Florida State University and Project Management certification from Villanova University.

Zachary San Roman - Operations Manager

Zach has a decade of Field Service Management experience - leading teams of nationwide vendor managers for multiple platforms.  Zach and his teams manage Routine Inspections, Initial Inspections, Lawn Maintenance, Winterization and Asset Stabilization and high value asset rehabilitations.  Zach holds a BS and MBA from the University of Dallas.

Christopher Fedor - Quality Control Director

Chris is a retired US Army helicopter pilot with more than 20 years of highly specialized training.  After active duty, Chris has specialized in project management and residential real estate brokerage.  Chris cofounded and supervises Florida Local Team - a residential real estate team located in St Augustine, Florida.  Chris oversees quality control processes with our vendor teams.  Chris holds a BS from Liberty University.

Blake Inchcombe - Data Analyst

Blake is currently a senior at Florida State University, graduating with a BS in Economics / Data Analytics and BA in Political Science / Spanish.  Blake is responsible for managing client intake and order processing.
