Kris Inchcombe | Managing Director

Mr. Inchcombe has more than thirty years' experience in the financial services industry.  From consumer and wholesale banking to capital markets and asset aggregation and management, Kris has built strong relationships across the industry.  Kris was cofounder of Polaris Capital Advisors and led the acquisition of more than 11,000 single family assets for private equity clients.  Kris and his team built a licensed, vertically integrated specialty finance company where they managed whole loans, acquired REO assets and provided investor servicing.   Kris holds a BS in International Finance/Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University and earned his MBA.

Zachary San Roman | Operations Executive

Mr. San Roman has more than ten years' experience in the asset management industry.  From sourcing vendors to managing teams of agents, Zach has built deep relationships within the inspection and preservation community.  Zach has managed complex contracts of distressed assets as well as high value asset improvement - he's done it all.  Zach holds a real estate agent license in Florida and played collegiate baseball.  He holds a BS and MBA from the University of Dallas.

Christopher Fedor | QC Executive

The transition from Special Missions Pilot to Realtor on a Special Mission was the culmination of a long-time dream for Chris. After 20 years of active duty service to our nation, serving his hometown community of NE Florida has been objective number one since 2018. With an extensive background in project management and team leadership, Florida Local Team and Pillar One benefits from Chris’ wealth of experience in project management, government contracting and corporate management.  Chris leads the QC process with an eye for detail.  Chris holds a BS from Liberty University.

Blake Inchcombe | Intake and Data Analyst

Blake is currently a senior at Florida State University, on track to graduate in May 2027 with a BS in Economics (Minor Data Analytics) and a BA in Political Science (Minor Spanish).  Blake is responsible for client intake and data analytics - insuring that order flows and client communications are managed effectively.  Blake plays the guitar and is an avid athlete - playing basketball and lacrosse.
